NexAssure Management launches i-Nex and Claims Services for Chinese Insurers

NexAssure Management, part of NexAssure Group is a third party policy and claims administrator, believed to be the first independently owned pan-Asian automotive warranty administrator in the region.

NexAssure Management recently launched claims services for clients in China, including for one of the top five largest general insurance companies working via their sister company, NexAssure Agency and the supporting reinsurer, Peak Reinsurance Company.

Their team of technicians, based in Kuala Lumpur are fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, the two main dialects of Chinese. Their clients benefit from their technical automotive warranty claims expertise, which includes claim assessments and claim audits.

In addition, NexAssure Management launched i-Nex, their policy and claims web portal. Working with their IT partners in the UK, i-Nex was customised for Asia warranty markets, handling local insurance regulations, languages and currencies.

Retailers use their white labelled policy management functions, which allow real time issuance of custom polices based on rating matrices. For claims, repairers validate the claim against the policy, upload claims with multi format attachments. They collate detailed claims information for the underwriters for risk assessment, pricing of future risks, trend analysis and fraudulent claims mitigation. Information may be sent to manufacturers to enable better quality and reliability assessment of their vehicles.

Their main operating hub is located in Kuala Lumpur due to availability of multilingual talent, competitive costs of operations, quality infrastructure and skilled local IT services.
