Productive quarter Aym Design

Aym Design has had a productive quarter building the company’s name and completing two office fit-outs with another due to end in July. Alongside this we are also busy working on two house renovation projects in Phuket and Sydney.

The first of our design and build projects was completed in April for The Singapore Retailers Association (SRA) at The Adelphi Building, Singapore. As a non-profit organisation they had a very tight budget and despite taking over a smaller space they still needed to incorporate the same number of staff and facilities as their previous office. Despite the challenges we overcame each obstacle and both parties were very happy with the final result.

Our second office fit-out was for Dhatu International, a metal trading company based in Singapore, who bought their own space in a brand new building in the heart of the central business district. As the company owned the space they were after a high quality finish and a design that would be able to serve them for many years to come. The end result included marble floors for the entrance and bathroom. A 4 meter high feature wall in a glossy veneer finish, a custom designed world map printed across an entire wall at the back of the general office space and a large, east facing office complete with a feature alter for the two Hindu directors. We were the first company to do any interior work in the building and we managed to complete the whole project ahead of schedule and without any defects.

We are now looking forward to another busy 6 months as we continued to grow, building up our reputation, clientele and presence on the little red dot.
